Each participant can create several of their own cyanotypes. A wide selection of photo motifs and inspiring items are ready for you to expose. I’ll provide coffee, tea, and water. If you like, you can bring your own snacks and drinks.

COURSE CONTENT
- Introduction to the technique and history, showing sample images
- Demonstration of exposure
- Mixing the chemistry
- Coating the paper (in darkroom light)
- Exposure and development of your own cyanotypes
If you also want to expose cyanotypes on fabric or other surfaces, additional costs for the photo chemicals and disposal will apply.

In the workshop, we only work with non-toxic photo chemicals and expose photos, small objects, and beautiful things like flowers and grasses. You can also transform your own photos into cyanotypes or combine various objects. It’s about playing with light and shadow, the basics of photography.
